Profile

I am a Hypnotherapist as well as trainer registered on the General Hypnotherapy Register.  I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (Level 3) & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner as well as EmoTrance, Meta-Health Practitioner and Colour Mirrors Practitioner and Teacher.  I also am a PSTEC (Percussive Suggestion Technique) Therapist.   

I help people with all sorts of issues including weight loss, anxiety, depression, health issues, relationship issues and sporting performance (having competed in 3 Commonwealth Games for cycling).
